If you're looking for a place to camp during this year's Sunflower Music Festival, then we've got just the spot!
Staying close to the action has never been easier. You can choose between camping at the Trunnell's Farm Experience or staying at one of several hotels in Owensboro - which is only 7 miles away from the farm.
Sunflower Music Festival Admission Tickets must be purchased in addition to RV/Tent Camping passes.
Camping is a First-Come First Serve Basis. You Must Purchase a Ticket to the Sunflower Music Festival in Addition to your Camping Pass.
Tent Camping: Tent Camping is a Flat Rate of $25 per person. One personal vehicle allowed per tent all additional vehicles will need to park in the public parking area and not in the campground.
RV Camping: RV Camping is $150 per RV and includes everyone staying in RV plus one personal vehicle all additional vehicles will need to park in the public parking area and not in the campground. An RV is anything on wheels besides your vehicle in which you plan to sleep.
There are two Camping Areas:
Family Camping Area - This Camping Area is for those that like a quieter family environment with quiet time from 10pm-7am. We ask for generators not to run from midnight - 7am in this camping area. Here you will expect a quieter environment with other families nearby. Generators cannot exceed 100dB
24 Hour Camping Area - This camping area is for those that want to stay up and enjoy the festival all night long. This is a 24 hour generator area. Generators cannot exceed 100dB
We strongly suggest arriving as soon as you can to the Sunflower Music Festival on Friday, September 23rd if camping.
RV Camping: RV’s will check-in at Camping Check-In South of the Market. Look for the white tent in the grass. Have your tickets ready to scan. RV’s will be allowed entry on Friday, September 23rd at 8am. All RV’s must arrive before 7PM to get checked in and assigned a camping spot. WE WILL NOT PARK RV’s AFTER DARK.
Tent Camping: Tents will check-in at Camping Check-In South of the Market. Look for the White tent in the grass. Have your tickets ready to scan. Tent Campers will be allowed entry on Friday, September 23rd at 10am. All Tent Campers must arrive before 7PM to get checked in and assigned a camping spot. WE WILL NOT ASSIGN TENT CAMPING AFTER DARK.
Once parked in the Campground, we strongly encourage you to remain there until the end of the festival. Leaving the Campground will be especially difficult after the festival begins. Please keep trips in and out of camping to a minimum. You can always park your vehicle in the public parking area if you plan on leaving and returning.
If Camping ONLY one night you will have a specific area in which to camp. You must be out of the camping area by 11am the following Morning.
All Campers MUST be out of Campgrounds on Sunday, September 25th by 11am.
Tent Camping: All Tent Camping Spaces will be approximately 20 X 20 including the space of your Car.
RV Camping: Each RV space will be about 20′ X 45′. Tents can be set within this space, and all awnings must fit within this designated space too.
There are no electrical hookups available. You may bring a generator as long as it’s quiet below 100dB. You will have access to a charging station for your smart phone/devices located within the Farm Experience.
Yes, generators cannot exceed 100dB.
There will not be any hookups or dumping areas. However, we will have a water hose available in the 24 hour camping area.
There will be many food areas open throughout the Farm Experience. The Farm Market and General Store Tent on-site that offer personal hygiene items, batteries, ice, drinks, food and snacks. If you forgot something, Check out one of these areas, no reason to leave the campgrounds. The Market and General Store Tent will close at 11pm on both nights.
Yes, there will be a water hose available in the 24 Hour Camping. Water bottles will be for sale at multiple locations within the Farm Experience.
Yes! There will be a staff member that travels throughout the campgrounds to offer ice for sale or ice can be purchased at the Farm Market or General Store Tent.
Yes, bringing your instruments in part of the camping experience. Please remember you have neighbors in the campground. No instruments are allowed inside the Farm Experience unless you are part of the scheduled Entertainment for that day.
